Capacity Guidelines

The hall’s capacity depends on layout and type of event. Space must remain clear for entrances, exits, and any activities such as a band, disco, dancefloor, or bouncy castle.

  • Theatre-style (rows): 88 chairs maximum.
  • Seated around tables: Around 80 people comfortably.
  • Standing events: Higher numbers are possible if access routes and fire exits are clear.
  • Band or disco: Floor space for tables/seating reduced; adjust capacity accordingly.
    These guidelines apply to the main hall only and do not include people using the kitchen.
