Booking Horndon-on-the-Hill Village Hall is a simple and straightforward process designed to make planning your event as easy as possible. Whether you’re organising a one-off celebration, a meeting or a regular activity, we’re here to help guide you through each step.
1. Check Availability
Start by reviewing the hall calendar to see if your preferred date and time are available. This will give you a quick overview of existing bookings and help you plan accordingly.
2. Make an Enquiry
Once you’ve found a suitable slot, please submit a booking enquiry via our booking enquiry form or get in touch using the details provided. Include as much information as possible about your event, including dates, times and any specific requirements.
3. Receive Confirmation & Hire Details
We will respond to your enquiry to confirm availability, provide hire charges and outline the terms of hire. For regular bookings, we can also discuss discounted rates and any storage requirements.
4. Secure Your Booking
Your booking will be confirmed once all required details have been agreed and any necessary payment or deposit has been received. At this stage, you’ll receive confirmation and any additional information you need ahead of your event.
5. Enjoy Your Event
On the day of your booking, you’ll have access to the hall for the full duration of your reserved time, including setup and clearing away. If you have any questions beforehand, we’re always happy to help.
